•List and instructions of actions prior to site visit to be ready for launch of sales at site visit

Two Days on Site:

•Launch Meeting with Management team to create launch strategy, goals and action plans

•Start up checklists for Marketing, Appt Center, Sales, Production, and Service

•Training Materials

•Crew Selection – work with crew(s) selected to evaluate abilities and make training plan recommendation

•Sales Training for Sales Reps and Service Techs

•Sales Manager Meeting

$6,000   Plus Travel*

Plus $500 per month for Continual Training Level 1

Train Field Crew

Pre-Visit Meeting by Zoom with Production Manager (Owner and/or General Manager):

•Review job(s) to be scheduled for training

•Review prep for first job with Prod Manager

On site:

•Review load and scheduling with Prod Manager and crew

•Field train crew and complete the job

$2,500 / day  (2 day min)   Plus travel*

Improvement Packages for CN Dealers

Production On Site Training

With 30 years of field experience in developing crews in foundation waterproofing, repair systems, and foundation construction, our team is prepared to help your Production Manager grow their team, raise performance, and  improve operations.

Pre-Visit Meeting by Zoom with Owner/GM and Production Manager to establish expectations:

•State of business/department, concerns

•Identify accomplish list for visit

•Develop strategy and plan for visit

On site:

•Based on the plan established during the Pre-Visit meeting, any combination of these: observe shop/loading practices, visit jobs sites, conduct hands on field training, conduct classroom trainings, work with scheduling and/or Production admin, help manager develop practices for improvement.

•Conduct end of visit meeting with Owner/GM to overview observations and create a strategy and plans for improvement

$2,500 / day  (2 day min)   Plus travel*

Management Team Development

We work with your key managers to apply the insights from The School of Entrepreneurship and other business principles to enhance their leadership skills and achieve tangible results in their departments, ultimately boosting the overall performance of your business.

Monthly meeting by Zoom with Owner/GM

•Business KPI overview and current state of the organization

•Strategy and progress on team member development

•1 hour

Twice monthly meeting by Zoom with each designated key manager

•Review gear KPIs, progress and initiatives

•Discuss issues, concerns or opportunities affecting their performance, department or the business

•Learn how to apply relevant SOE principals to affect the desired change in their department

•Available for questions, guidance as needed

•1 hour (each meeting)

$600 / month for Owner/GM plus 1 Manager

$350 / month for each additional Manager

 

 
 

* Travel Fees:

We make every effort to find the best value in travel expenses based on the timeframe and destination. If we find the rates to be higher than normal, we will suggest alternate dates or plans for your consideration.

•Transportation:  airfare at cost or mileage at government rate

•Car rental:  rental cost plus fuel

•Hotel: Hotel at cost

•Travel meals: $50 per day of onsite or travel

Continual Training Rates:

Level 1: Rate can increase up to $1,000 for companies with more than 15 sales reps

Level 2: Rate can increase to up to $2,000 for companies with more than 15 sales reps
