• Initial kick-off strategy session by Zoom (60 minute)

• 2 day on site business evaluation and plan for improvement

  • Review business operations and identify key opportunities for improvement

  • Conduct initiative meeting with improvement team to develop strategy

  • Create the plan with desired results, KPIs and responsibilities

  • Full report of site visit for owner’s use

• 3 months of accountability, follow up, coaching and direction for the business owner and/or managers to keep the plan on track, including:

  • 3 – 60 minute scheduled coaching sessions by Zoom(1/month)

  • 3 - 30 minute on-demand coaching sessions by Zoom(1/month)

  • Unlimited electronic communications

  • Customized Assignments & accountability exercises

• Custom online system for accountability

• Final Review session by Zoom (30 minutes)
