Coming from a business owner's perspective, Bob brings decades of construction and training experience to companies as he helps them grow a department that gets the work done. His special skills lie in his ability to grow and develop a team through training, coaching, and fostering a growth culture.
Bob uses his leadership experience to help business owners learn to grow and empower a winning team. He has grown teams in the field by working with crew leaders to build their knowledge and confidence. He has also developed management teams, coaching each manager and working with the team on communication and working as one.
