Step 1

Launch StableLock Wall

Get your team ready to add StableWall.

  • Meeting with Owner/GM by Zoom — set expectations, timing, and launch strategy. (1 × 90 min)
  • Start‑up guide and checklist by gear.
  • Launch meeting with management team by Zoom — overview strategy and goals; review the plan and establish accountability and timeline for Marketing, Appt Center, Sales, Production, and Service gears. (1 × 90 min)
  • 1:1 meetings with each gear manager by Zoom to guide and drive completion of the launch checklist. (5 hours total, 30–60 min meetings)

$2,500 + $500/mo for Continual Training Level 1

Steps 2 & 3

On‑site training of sales reps & field crew

Step 2: in‑person training of your sales team and ride‑alongs to help reps design great solutions and close. Step 3: have a field leader on site to run the first jobs and train hands‑on.

Pre‑visit meeting by Zoom with Sales and/or Production Manager (and Owner/GM):

  • Review job(s) to be scheduled for training
  • Review prep for first job with Production Manager

On site:

  • Review load and scheduling with Prod Manager and crew
  • Field‑train crew and complete the job
  • In‑person training with Sales, Service and Production teams
  • Ride‑alongs with sales reps to design SW jobs

$2,500 first day · $500 each additional day per visit (plus travel)

Level 1 continual training

Level 1

$500 per month

  • Sales Manager, Production Manager and Foreman can contact for job review, questions, help
  • Monthly content on StableLock Wall and related topics for your Sales, Service and Production meetings (video or discussion guide)
  • On‑demand 90 minutes per month for managers and crew (overrun $350/hour)

Travel fees

What travel costs cover

  • Transportation: airfare at cost or mileage at government rate
  • Car rental: rental cost plus fuel (when applicable)
  • Hotel: hotel at cost
  • Travel meals: $60 per day of onsite or travel

We make every effort to find the best value in travel based on timeframe and destination. If rates look higher than normal, we'll suggest alternate dates or plans for your consideration.


Continual training rates

Charged monthly, cancel anytime

  • Level 1: rate can increase up to $1,000 for companies with more than 15 sales reps
  • Level 2: rate can increase up to $2,000 for companies with more than 15 sales reps
